Services Provided
Through the Platform, you can create and manage ad campaigns, upload photo/video ads, track analytics, and export reports. SmartMedia is not responsible for the outcome or performance of your ad campaigns.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in any fraudulent or unlawful activity.
Limitation of Liability
SmartMedia is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Platform or inability to access the Platform. Your use of the Platform is at your own risk.
Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and the date of the last update will be indicated at the top. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
